First Strokes Swim Schools, is a unique and first of its kind, award winning swim school

 

Founded by Gillian Parker, (named Business Woman of the Year in both 2007 and 2008) a professional swimming instructor, First Strokes was developed with their own approach to the learning process

 

Using our own purpose built teaching pools, and other private pools we aim for the highest standards in teaching, staff and facilities

 

From our start in 2000 and a first term of just 70 students we now have 3 purpose built pools, 3 other private pools and now teach 4000 swimmers throughout our pools every week.

 

Future expansion plans are already in the pipeline with sites identified in Braintree, Essex - Chelmsford,Essex - Ipswich,Suffolk and Paddock Wood, Kent
